Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 January 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and the services arranged by Caelum Aviation SAS. By requesting a quotation or confirming a booking, you agree to the terms set out below.
Our role
Caelum acts as an air charter broker. We arrange flights operated by independent, duly licensed air carriers. The aircraft, crew and operation are the responsibility of the operating carrier, who holds the applicable air operator certificate. Caelum selects operators with care and remains your point of contact throughout.
Quotations and bookings
- Quotations are based on the route, dates and details you provide and remain valid for the period stated in the offer.
- A booking is confirmed only once we have issued a written confirmation and any agreed deposit has been received.
- Prices are all-inclusive as described in the offer; any later changes you request may affect the price.
Changes, delays and cancellations
Flights may be affected by weather, air-traffic restrictions, technical matters or safety decisions taken by the operating crew. Where a flight cannot proceed safely, we will work to arrange a suitable alternative. Cancellation terms, including any fees, are set out in your booking confirmation.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate passenger details and any documents required for travel, including valid identification and visas.
- Observe baggage limits and safety instructions given by the crew.
- Ensure that any goods carried comply with applicable customs and aviation rules.
Liability
Carriage by air is subject to the conditions of the operating carrier and to applicable international conventions. Caelum's responsibility is limited to arranging the services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
